Quality System - ISO 9001:2000
Mana is not just a leader company in its segment. It is also the first one in the north and northeast of Brazil to obtain the ISO 9001:2000 certification. In September of 2003, Mana’s Quality System was certified by BVQI – Bureau Veritas Quality International – and validated by four believer institutions, all of then are internationally known. In the end of 2006, BVQI recertified Mana’s Quality System. From now on, a new cycle begins with the confirmation of the certify, confirming Mana’s service quality compromise, people motivation and the satisfaction of the client.
With the implantation of the Quality Management System, all the activities and levels of the productive processes have been standardized, not only in the engineering specialties field but also in all of the support areas. To preserve those standards, we have created a training and evaluation program which enables the continuous development of our work teams.

Quality in Action - Customized Services
Mana works in the areas of project management and basic
and detailed engineering. As a result of our dominion and use of multidisciplinary
knowledge, our organization is qualified to render services in an all-inclusive
scope. One of our important competitive distinctions, however, is that
each one of these services is developed in accordance with the specifications
and established quality standards of our clients. In other words, the
services are personalized.
In order for us to work with each individual client, we
define the rules and guidelines. These are mutually discussed and established
at the beginning of each contract, in an orchestrated exercise that involves
the client as well as the team responsible for the coordination of the
activities. The parameters and specifications defined are then registered
in documents that make up a specific quality system.
Commitment to our Clients
The ISO Quality Certificate Program was developed
over a period of eighteen months. Our collaborators’ commitment
during this period brought about many improvements in the organizational
climate, in positive behavioral changes and in motivation. But the results
of the final product are equally relevant. Quality Management was developed
and is being systematically implemented, following rigorous technical
parameters, obtaining high levels of satisfaction together with our clients.
For us, quality is becoming more and more a matter of culture.
